HUE plus

HUE plus is a set of facilities woven into a photo studio that specialises in pictures of food. An ordinary studio is a closed box used only as shooting equipment. Here the studio is also an office, a café, a library and a kitchen that its users control, so they want to stay for the experience itself.

The space is meant to be changed by the people who use it, and its relaxed mood encourages open, lively conversation and new ideas about eating.

Long shelving walls hold books and props, timber tables and benches can be moved around, and a rooftop garden opens off the upper floor. Kitchen counters sit among the work tables, so cooking and shooting happen side by side.
