NOTES publishes built and unbuilt architecture, interiors and design from anywhere in the world, along with photo essays on single buildings. We give priority to sustainable, community-led and reuse projects, and to work tied to culture and heritage. Communities caring for old buildings or landscapes are warmly invited to write to us. - All credits are required: design firm, lead architects, team, collaborators, consultants and, above all, the photographer.
- Photographs at least 2000 px on the long side, in JPEG, with a minimum of 8 images.
- Drawings: site plan, floor plans, sections and elevations. Sketches, diagrams and model photos are welcome.
- A description of 300 to 800 words, in English or Vietnamese, on the site, the idea, the spaces and the materials.
- Project information: name, location, year of completion, area, type and main materials.
- Keep photographs and drawings in separate folders, for example “photos” and “drawings”.
You must hold the rights to everything you send. Publication is free. We review every submission but reply only when we would like to publish, which may take a few weeks.
